Earlier in his career, he has also worked as a junior lawyer in the tax department of a first tier law firm in Lisbon. Miguel is a member of the Private Debt Technical Committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA). He is also a member of the Tax - Young Private Equity Leaders/YPEL of the LPEA. Miguel is admitted to the Portuguese bar, the Luxembourg bar and he is also a member of the Portuguese Fiscal Association. Miguel holds a Master’s degree in Law and Management from Nova University of Lisbon as well as a graduate degree in Law from University of Porto.
